The Financial and Business Analyst is a key position that will work closely with the CEO, CFO, and other key department executives to create, define, implement, evolve and report on DiscoverOrg’s key metrics and processes, ranging from leads and sales to renewals and customer success. Once metrics are in place, we’ll be looking for you to identify trends, drive monthly review meetings, and make recommendations on what we can do to improve and execute better going forward. You’ll also be responsible for sales commissions, including creating sales commission plans, implementing and managing a sales commission system, and calculating monthly commissions. Finally, you’ll play a key role in creating and updating our budgets and forecasts, analyzing company performance, and working on special projects from the CEO, CFO or the Board. This is a fast-paced and constantly evolving environment that requires excellent communication skills, the ability to multi-task and meet deadlines, superb analytical skills, and the ability to team with others within the company.
