One of the first things you’ll notice about working at DiscoverOrg is that we have an unusually fast-paced work environment. Like you, our teams are results-oriented and constantly pushing to take our business to the next level, but we also work together. At DiscoverOrg, our founders and executives are involved in each department, helping to nurture a highly collaborative culture. Despite our rapid growth, we work hard to ensure each employee is a valued team member. Sure, we’re growing at a fast pace, but not so fast that your impact on the company won’t be immediately felt.

Looking for a boring 9-to-5 desk job with big office politics and corporate bureaucracy? Then DiscoverOrg isn’t for you. However, if you’re the kind of person that values tenacity, ingenuity, and hard work, you’ll fit right in. At DiscoverOrg, we like to think that our company culture is one of the reasons why our company is a magnet for top talent throughout the Pacific Northwest.

The Research team at DiscoverOrg provides the most accurate, up to date, and relevant leads in the market today. We accomplish this by coming in everyday, giving 100%, and truly believing that “No Bad Data” is not just a motto, but is the reason for DiscoverOrg’s success!
