The Research Support Specialist will work on tickets submitted by internal team members like Account Executives and Customer Success Managers. Tickets will be primarily executed by performing queries and data operations in Microsoft Excel. Over time, high-performing specialists may get the opportunity to fulfill higher-difficulty tickets, which includes potentially executing queries in SQL or Python.
This is a support role where individuals will be expected to deliver a high volume of matches and reports for AEs and CSMs. Individuals interested in this role must have excellent Microsoft Excel skills, the ability to perform a high volume of work with their head down, and a thirst to learn more. In terms of Microsoft Excel skills, applicants should be able to explain how VLOOKUP works and how to use PivotTables. Applicants should also exhibit knowledge of common Excel formulas, and have a passion for working with data.
