DiscoverOrg is looking for a Manager of Partner Marketing to refine and scale its existing referral partner programs. This role is responsible for driving partner-originated pipeline by managing partner relationships, developing marketing programs for and with DiscoverOrg’s partners, and ensuring sales readiness to work with Partners. The ideal candidate will be able to establish effective relationships quickly with our referral partner network to drive further engagement and refine the existing program to create scalable and repeatable growth.


Here's what a typical day will look like as the Manager of Partner Marketing:

  • Consistently hit partner-generated pipeline and revenue quotas
  • Work with Account Executives to effectively recruit and manage high-performing referral partners
  • Create collateral and creative to use for external and internal promotion of the Partner program
  • Monitor and track partner activity to ensure consistent volume of referrals
  • Facilitate partner training and enablement to accelerate partners’ ability to effectively position and sell DiscoverOrg
  • Develop and refine commission and incentive structure to drive partner engagement
  • Develop co-branded collateral and demand gen campaigns with channel partners
  • Establish KPIs and partner scorecards to measure partnership effectiveness
  • Maintain regular communications with Partners, notifying them not only of company and product announcements but also updates on their performance
  • Serve as project manager for co-marketing campaigns with premier partners
  • Understand the needs of our partner ecosystem to act as a partner advocate internally and refine the program as a whole
  • Identify and spotlight repeatable best practices for dissemination across all partners
  • Some travel will be required.


You're likely a great fit for this opportunity if you have the following:

  • Bachelor’s degree is required (business or marketing degree preferred)
  • At least 2 years of experience developing partner marketing programs with measurable results
  • Demonstrable success in leading results-oriented joint marketing programs and initiatives
  • Keen understanding of sales and marketing buyers
  • Strong analytical skills and an attention to detail
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Team player with ability to work cross functionally
  • Self-starter who can thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Well organized with good time management skills
  • Ability to prioritize multiple functions and tasks
