Fast forward three years and we are approaching 500 people doing about $120M in revenue with untapped growth potential. For us to continue on our goal of becoming the best Sales and Marketing Intelligence platform in the world, we need a talented Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. We’re looking for an individual who wants to challenge the way we are currently doing things. An individual who want to work with a highly collaborative team, and bring new ideas to the table as we prepare to scale in the coming years.


Here's what a typical day will look like as the Talent Acquisition Specialist:

  • Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications
  • Prepare and post jobs to appropriate jobs boards
  • Source candidates by utilizing LinkedIn, DiscoverOrg, social media, etc.
  • Establish and maintain passive candidate networks
  • Work with hiring managers to understand department needs
  • Screen resumes and interview candidates
  • Administer assessments, background checks, and reference checks
  • Deliver employment offers
  • Maintain communication with candidates on interview process status
  • Work with hiring managers to ensure compliance with federal/state laws
  • Manage application and resume retention
  • Organize and/or attend career fairs or other events
  • Use data from ATS (iCIMS) to create reports and identify hiring trends


You're likely a great fit for this opportunity if you have the following:

  • 2+ years of experience in recruiting/talent acquisition
  • Previous experience supporting IT and software engineering departments and related skillsets perferred
  • SaaS experience preferred
  • Experience sourcing candidates for technical positions
  • Ability to source passive candidates
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Self-sufficient and able to work independently
  • Working knowledge of federal and state employment law
  • Familiarity with HR databases and applicant tracking systems
  • A team player and always looking to improve the department/company
  • Excellent organizational and collaboration skills
