DicoverOrg is looking for a Commission Analyst who will be a point of contact for questions relating to all commission issues, including compensation plans, calculations, and attainments. The Commissions Analyst/Manager is a key position that will work closely with the leaders of the Finance, Sales, Customer Success, and Operations teams, to process, create, implement, define, evolve and report on all things related to DiscoverOrg’s commissions. With commissions currently being done in Excel, the Commissions Analyst/Manager will be tasked with leading and managing the selection, implementation, and upkeep of a commissions system. Don’t think that this role is only about making calculations though. We need you to also represent the Finance team in crafting new compensation plans, refining existing ones, and helping to interpret and resolve issues that may arise around compensation. In short, we need you to be both a thinker and a doer, as we’ll be looking for you to identify trends, drive monthly review meetings, and make recommendations on what we can do to improve and execute better going forward.
