    The Director, Customer Advocacy & Campaign Analytics will act as “Chief of Staff” to the Chief Revenue Officer; focusing on the expansion of existing and net new business, and identifying ways to further add value to DiscoverOrg’s customer base through comprehensive data analysis, as well as ensuring tight execution of campaigns.

This is a fast-paced and constantly evolving environment that requires excellent communication skills, the ability to multi-task and meet deadlines, superb analytical skills, and the ability to drive collaboration across different departments within the company.


    Reports to: Chief Revenue Officer


    Here’s what a typical day will look like as Director, Customer Advocacy & Campaign Analytics:

    • Work closely with the Chief Revenue Officer to expand on ideas for sales and customer campaigns, create plans to implement across teams, and communicate performance and impact through meticulous data analysis
    • Develop, track and consistently report out on various metrics affecting sales campaigns, diagnosing deficiencies, and optimizing the Sales and Customer Success process
    • Distill data to provide recurring and ad-hoc campaign reports, with actionable takeaways
    • Advocate for DiscoverOrg’s customer base by proactively identifying opportunities for increased engagement, usage, and value extraction
    • Advise on strategies to identify opportunities to further add value to existing customers
    • Set agendas for staff meetings, build executive level decks to communicate to Executive Team and Board
    • Create and maintain a dashboard of key campaign metrics; monitor and share insights at a frequent cadence throughout the year



    You’re likely a great fit for this opportunity if you have the following:

    • Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Information Systems, Statistics, Mathematics or related field, or equivalent experience
    • MBA highly preferred
    • 3+ years of strong analytical experience in a business analyst/data analyst/statistical analysis type of role preferred  
    • Experience working with and combining data extracted from a variety of sources, including MySQL, Excel spreadsheets, text files, Salesforce, and other 3rd party APIs.
    • Salesforce experience is essential
    • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
    • Superior communication skills and the ability to collaborate with all levels of an organization
    • Can-do attitude and ability to positively implement change
    • Ability to work in a team environment
    • Excellent reporting skills with ability to not only gather the appropriate data, but also glean insight to improve the performance of the company’s operations
