    In 2007, in a rental apartment in Columbus, Ohio DiscoverOrg had the vision of building the world’s foremost sales enablement tool. To get there our CEO Henry Schuck and co-founder maxed out their credit cards and borrowed every dime they could find. By 2012, DiscoverOrg had grown to 35 employees and $5 million of revenue. Since then, we’ve taken funding from Global Private Equity firms like TA Associates and The Carlyle Group, and grown to over $150M+ in annualized revenue. However, we’ve been careful not to lose the culture that has made us strong.     We are currently seeking a driven Sales Operations Analyst to join our growing team.

     

    Responsibilities

    Here's what your typical day will look like as a Sales Operations Analyst:

    • Prepare, modify and maintain weekly and monthly management reporting on KPIs relevant to sales and customer success.
    • Contribute to high level analytics on team efficiency, and other ad-hoc analysis that guides a data-driven business strategy.
    • Identify project requirements by working with key stakeholders throughout sales, customer success and marketing.
    • Develops problem solutions by describing requirements in a work-flowchart and diagram; studying systems capabilities; analyzing alternative solutions; preparing additional requirements documentation.
    • Manage day-to-day sales operations activities, ticketing, working closely with sales, operations and the revenue teams. Assist in the maintenance of Salesforce.com and other applications in the revenue generation tech stack.
    • Configure & maintain Salesforce to satisfy business requirements (workflows, reports/dashboards, custom apps and objects).
    • Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
    • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
    • Work cross-functionally with Marketing, Finance, Support, Sales and Customer Success to ensure smooth operation of the business and consistent achievement of the operational plan and growth goals.

    Qualifications

    You're likely a great fit for the opportunity if you have the following:

    • Bachelor’s in Business Administration, Mathematics, Economics, or other related field
    • 2+ Years’ Experience in an operations or analytics role at a SaaS company
    • Advanced Excel Experience required
    • CRM experience preferred
    • SQL Experience preferred
    • Tableau experience preferred
    • Self-driven and out of the box thinking to be used to create pragmatic and innovative solutions to complex business problems
    • Extremely well organized, and able to facilitate cross-organizational collaboration to drive actionable and measurable results
    • Data driven decision making mentality and sound business judgment through strong analytical thinking
