DiscoverOrg is looking for an experienced, results oriented Team Lead to manage daily operations of DiscoverOrg’s Customer Support team, which provides Tier 1 and Tier 2 support to new and existing customers of DiscoverOrg’s platform. This role is an integral part of our strategy to ensure every customer is successful. You will work with along side of our Learning & Support and Customer Success departments to build relationships and drive value based on customer defined goals.
