The Vice President, Customer Success will manage a team focusing on the retention and expansion sales within our existing customer base by identifying and executing cross-sell/up-sell opportunities of products and services.
This is a fast-paced and constantly evolving environment that requires excellent communication skills, the ability to multi-task and meet deadlines, superb analytical skills, and the ability to drive collaboration across different departments within the company.
