    In this role you will support DiscoverOrg’s Product Development and Data teams by finding the best technical talent for our scaling business. This is a true partnership that will give you an exciting opportunity to work with internal and external stakeholders, maintain a pipeline, and execute on our recruiting goals. You will manage the full recruitment life cycle from requisition qualification, sourcing, screening, to onboarding. You’ll work alongside a fantastic team of Talent Acquisition professionals to support DiscoverOrg’s business objectives.

    A typical Day in the Life:

    • Candidate Flow: Managing applications and candidate flow through our ATS and other recruiting tools. But let’s be honest, this job is recruiting engineers, so your best friend is building and maintaining a strong pipeline of great people
    • Internal Communication: Partnering with Hiring Managers across our Product Development and Engineering teams to strategize on recruiting initiatives: scheduling intake meetings for new roles, creating and re-designing job descriptions, and ensuring immediate and detailed feedback following interviews
    • External Communication: Maintaining communication with candidates throughout the entire screening and onboarding process, including scheduling, interview feedback, and offer negotiation
    • Great Work Environment: Working with an AMAZING group of people. Not just Talent Acquisition and HR, but our Engineering teams, Marketing, Learning and Development, and essentially every team in the company.


    • Build and manage a pipeline of technical talent to support DiscoverOrg’s engineering and data teams
    • Partner with executives and Human Resources partners to develop and execute on candidate recruiting plans that align with DiscoverOrg’s business strategy and goals
    • Demonstrate deep understanding and enthusiasm about our company and positions
    • Engage with passive candidates through various online sourcing techniques
    • Engage with the community and passive candidates through relevant networking events
    • Determine the strategy and appropriate recruiting resources needed to execute on technical positions
    • Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications that align with DiscoverOrg’s mission and vision
    • Build and maintain networks to find qualified passive candidates
    • Deliver employment offers including all required documentation
    • Maintain excellent communication with candidates throughout the screening and onboarding process
    • Work with hiring managers to ensure compliance with federal/state/ local laws
    • Manage application and resume retention


    • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience preferred.
    • 5+ years of technical recruiting experience in a fast-paced corporate recruiting role or agency setting. (If you don’t have more than 5 years of experience but you consider yourself an awesome Technical Recruiter, we still want to hear from you).
    • The ability to understand and articulate the technical responsibilities that are required for each position you’re recruiting on
    • Ability to build and maintain candidate pipelines through long-term engagement with passive talent
    • Ability to meet headcount and recruiting goals
    • Passion for keeping up with industry trends and the latest sourcing techniques and tools
