    DiscoverOrg is looking for a Senior Product Manager to join our outstanding Product Management Team. This position will be responsible for managing the development and prioritization of DiscoverOrg’s internal software tools built to manage product data. The person in this role will be responsible for working closely with internal stakeholders on the Data Management team to define requirements for internal tools that enable human verification and editing of product data and/or algorithms that can automate the cleansing and classification of DiscoverOrg Product Data.


    Job Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Gather and document requirements from internal stakeholders to build and enhance internal software tools that help manage, edit, classify, and clean core product data.
    • Manage feature prioritization for front-end internal applications and/or data cleansing algorithms used to the optimize human verification and production data quality
    • Work with development teams to groom and prioritize product requirements using agile process and methodology
    • Define and manage team work throughput based on project timelines
    • Facilitate acceptance testing feedback loop with internal stakeholders to ensure the product meets business requirements
    • Build business cases to propose feature and algorithm prioritization to executive stakeholders
    • Clearly communicate the status of projects on the product roadmap and in development
    • Research latest data management technology strategies and trends, potentially leveraged by competition
    • Define inputs and outputs for algorithms that can classify, clean, and enrich data based on input from internal stakeholders on the Data Management team
    • Build and execute test data sets for algorithms based on specific production data use cases and use statistical methods to prove algorithm accuracy and effectiveness
    • Work with stakeholders on the Data Management team to identify opportunities to automate data management use cases currently being manually executed



    • 4+ years of experience in Product Management, Business Analysis, or Data Science Software Management role
    • Discipline in enforcing an agile software development process (grooming, sprint planning) in a SaaS environment from concept through implementation and delivery, preferably using JIRA
    • Ability to plan, prioritize, and excel in developing a dynamic high paced cross functional team environment
    • Team leadership and project management skills to keep complex product timelines on track
    • Familiarity with software and algorithms that can dedupe, consolidate, classify, standardize, and enrich large data sets preferred
    • Software background specifically in B2B/Enterprise Space a plus
    • Experience with SQL or working with large data sets a plus
    • Basic understanding of machine learning
